Full Set Property Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based property development and construction company. We take projects from first sketches to final handover — with clear communication, careful budgeting and workmanship we are happy to put our name on.
Our story
Full Set Property Pty Ltd was founded on a simple observation: too many property projects in Melbourne stall because nobody takes ownership of the whole picture. Owners end up juggling designers, consultants, tradies and councils — and the project loses momentum, money and quality along the way.
We set out to be the company that holds the full set: planning guidance, construction delivery, renovation management and development coordination under one roof. From townhouse developments in the outer suburbs to bespoke renovations closer to the CBD, we manage every stage so our clients don’t have to.
Today, we work with homeowners, landowners and investors across Melbourne VIC, delivering projects that are compliant, well-built and finished on schedule wherever possible.
